The biggest games of the year so far Red Dead and Mass Effect 2 are multiplat and 98% of all GOTY games are multipat.

True you can get a good PC for the price of a console but if you want to play on the couch with the big screen it starts to go up. I do also own consoles for their exclusives but I'm a PC whore in my soul. Ebay has some cheap PC's but I would rather just build my own.
Game consoles are no more expensive than they were in the past. Most consoles have always started around $299 or $399. However a PC the most superior gaming platform is and will always be the most expensive. You will never see an elite PC gamer give up his/her rig for any console but console owners would gladly give consoles up for a great PC. It's just a game developer/publisher visiting a console maker, it happened yesterday and will happen again tomorrow. Game makers talking to game sellers... WOW!!! big news.
FarCry 2 ending was bad, the game was great though accept the whole malaria pill crap.
With Hulu and Netflix there is no longer a need to pay $70 a month for basic cable.
I think the reason Rockstar isn't showing Agent because they are probably in talks about it going multiplat. Before you fanboys start whining remember how the 2 episodes of GTAIV were supposed to be exclusive? No amount of money MS or even Sony can throw at R will keep anything they make 100% exclusive. MS said the DLC was exclusive and I can now play it on my PC or my PS3. So... just because Sony said it's exclusive doesn't make it so with Rockstar's track record.

IMO Thief is the best stealth series ever made with MG and Splinter Cell coming after. The next Thief will be PC, PS3 and 360 but any true Thief fan will get it on PC.
