A generation isn't determined by power. If that was the case, ps4 and x1 aren't next-gen, as their CPU's are nothing special, and their GPUs are considered mid-range, compared to the GPUs out on the market.

Its a brilliant game. I have just over 20 hours in, and I still need to collect all the green stars, stamps, and get to the top of every flag pole, until I can unlock another world. I figure by the time I'm done with everything, I'll be around 35+ hours. Theres still multiplayer and speed runs(with ghost miis) to be enjoyed. As well as the luigi bros game.

Resolution only matters to a file size if its a video. This is 720p so it can look pretty at 60fps, and so theyre able to keep a stable framerate with that cherry powerup.

$299.99 for an nextgen nintendo system, wii that upscales to 1080p, free internet play, big screen handheld/tablet, nsmbu (50-60 value), and luigi u(30 value). As well as being able to use wiimotes, instead of having to buy new controllers.

Their job is to play a game and write up a preview. Theres nothing wrong with opening up your preview with explaining that someone rushed through the levels, thus hindering what they can take in to write up great preview.
