They have stated the are aiming for the highest spec pcs. A lot of pc gamers will need upgrades just to play that game. It was their attention from the start to make a game that pushes high end pcs.

I dont think they hate indies, I just think there is this culture created by marketing that great games are this huge games with crazy graphics that all play just like cod. Ya that whole idea just doesn't make much sense. They are going to rush devs in to finishing so that they can spend more time fixing bugs and other issues caused by rushing. Here's what you have to do ubi, release the game whenever it is done. That's it.
the biggest reasons are going to be price, all the articles about ps4 playing multiplats at 2x the resolution, and last gen. I think Sony did a good job at the end of last gen with the exclusives like TLOU when ms didnt really have much big exclusives the last few years. I dont think its bad to support ps3/360, but come on ea, at least try to make the next gen versions actually better. It would be nice if they were developed separately but that would cost more money.

what really makes up the experience of xbl ps+? They are internet services. You cant play xbl or ps+. Any experiance differences are more os things than xbl/ps+ things. When you play a game online its not like you will experience something different between the two.
