On the article where it said Sony rejected the kinect technology, they said that it wouldnt work how they wanted and they didnt see the potential. The article here they straight out bash the Move saying they dont want to put "pieces of plastic" in peoples hands

They dont HAVE a PS4 they're developing for. Its pretty much going to be tech demo's to see what they can do with new technology so they can decide what to put into the PS4

I think Burnout Paradise had this same ticker thing. Every time you started down a street it would start. I mostly just ignored it in paradise
I have 1 for PC, unfortunately it bugged out so I never got to finish it

I heard about the game about a month before it came out, got somewhat exited to see how it turns out. I completely forgot about up until now, which is saying something

Forget about it till you hear the studio went bankrupt because of it
A helmet wouldn't protect you from a sniper, thats for sure
But it also wouldn't protect you from any sort of rifle round... Close shots to the head with small caliber handguns would kill you as well. Long range shots with a handgun would either kill or knock you out, and Im not sure how they'd implement being knocked out
So adding a helmet that actually protects would protect from shrapnel, and small arms fire at best

A shot to the head is a kill, thats how it works and thats how it always should
If the whole body had the same damage multiplier, then there would be no reason to use your sights. Might as well just jump around and spray since all the shots are doing the same damage
