I think nintendo is the real winner of this gen already. B4 the wii, lets face it, ninty were on there arse in the console wars, infact if it werent for the DS i thght they wld go the same way as sega.
But look at wot they achieved with there upgraded gamecube, 3yrs ago wld u really of thought that ninty wld be ahead of Sony and MS? Hats of to ya! U did wot Sega failed to do. I dont own 1 and have no thghts to gettin 1 as of yet, well, its not a hardcore gaming machine to me.
in that respect i think sony is doing poorly as there r 100mil PS2 owners and only 9-10mil PS3 owners, compared to 40mil XBOX owners and 17.7mil 360 owners. Get my point?

Im not all that into virtual worlds to be honest, between work, playing games, homelife, social life, i doubt there wld be much time left for it. Does look good tho, cant take that away from it.
unless T3 work for sony it may look totally diff, remember this is only a design made by T3 themselfs not hard evidence it will look like that or is even in the pipeline. Imho its way to early to change the style and as i only jus bought mine id be p*ssed, to me its still the new console on the market trying to get a foothold (and seems to be picking up now hell i even bought 1), price is more an issue than redesign.

I think hes talkin pants the PS3 will do well this yr. I was an avid 360 fan and swore blind i wldnt get 1 but i want the best of both worlds! i know wot ur sayin but nintendo was 3rd place for a while, now there at the top, and im betting they wanna stay there. If i had the money for a wii and had been waiting for 1 for a while i might be tempted to put the extra to gettin a 360 or PS3, if it were cheaper and there were a bigger gap in price i might find it more difficult to find the extra cash, spend it on daily life and think ill chk next wk. Parents might be less inclined to spend the extra on another system 150+ quids of ur har...
yea but the wii has sold 22mil units 360 17(price cuts) PS3 9mill(price cuts starting) dont u think theyve made lotsa money? I still think its a good move for an established consel to drop price and keep selling, knowing its goin to be cheaper will make u feel better if ur 1 of those whos still trying to get 1.

ummm i think it is, there panel sat there and blabbed about it at the end of the interview and as i recall that bird was brought on by fox news to discuss the games implications on childrens minds. I dont think she brought the story to fox? I thght reporters did that?
its a good idea and will increase demand keeping there ball rolling for sometime, lets face it the wii is cheap to produce but the ps3 is pickin momentum up 360 will keep selling. Im a big believer that the wii is more for u and your mates when uve ad a drink on a sat night.
Srry but thas my thghts i aint pullin it down but its not a serious games machine compared to my 360 n PS3, but if it were cheap id get 1. Till then im happy playin on our mates with the lads avin a beer.

there ancient, had 1 when i was, sheesh, ummm 7. I sorta class those as the very first consoles i had commodore vic20 to, there like the begins to where consoles r today, arnt they? I wldnt class them as worst as there was nothing out like them at the time even the pc game mkt at that time was a nerd thing ( i had to goto a little computer shop to buy games)
