My favourites would be The stage fight in Alan Wake, The moment you walk out of the dungeon in Oblivion or the scene where Shepard breaks out of the elevator in ME 1. Everyones will be different though.
Not to say that it will be a hardcore title but you do realise Virtual Toys is the name of the company not the game...
If your a Zelda fan, MIne would be Skyrim for me.

I gave my Launch box to my sister's BF when I got a slim and it's still going strong! Even with the ridiculous heavy usage it has gone through.
We still have Skyrim this year though
I would give it a second chance because after it's slow start it started to hit it's stride.... and then ended. Only other game i've seen with such an abrupt ending is K3.

I just don't see how a completely open world Alan wake would work, There was nothing wrong with the game not being open world. If it had never been mentioned no-one would be saying- "Oh this game should be open world" Maybe it would be good for the day time sequences to let you explore more of the town but thats about it...
