I've only experienced FFX once, I can't wait to play though it again on my Vita!

The Vita is looking better and better everyday.
Monster Hunter on 3DS was a great announcement for Nintendo but I think Sony will have a couple surprises of their own tonight.
With the announcement that Kingdom Hearts 3D will have dual circle pad support, I wouldn't be surprised if Square brings that over to the Vita.
That's not really fair. The PSP go (while a fail) was a redesign of an already successful platform. It was more of a transition from the PSP to the Vita than anything else.

This conference was kind of a disappointment. MH4 is a great announcement but after the build-up to this event, I expected better from Nintendo.
Sub-Zero will always be my #1.

Unfortunately, you're probably right about them having to include 3D in future models.
I just don't see the point in it. Its a gimmick that not a lot of people care about, it drives up the cost and it drains the battery.
To top it off, developers are pretty much forced to make use of the 3D which adds unnecessary development time. Not every studio knows how to make use of 3D yet.
I doubt it, Sony isn't expecting to be profitable on the Vita until year 3. I expect the one model for the first few years.
If they release a less expensive model, they would probably cut corners to save on production costs, so the quality of the system wouldn't be as high.
Alright, first of all, I am completely against whatever Nintendo is planning with their "revision" of the 3DS. I think they're leaving a lot of hardcore Nintendo fans out in the cold. Its not right.
But, if they're going to do something wrong, do it right...

I wouldn't say the 3DS is a failure, its still early. They have more than enough time to turn things around. It doesn't necessarily mean they will, but its going to be interesting to watch everything play out.
The competition this gen is going to be great for everyone. Lower prices and more great games!
