Please, the beat 'em up genre has been around long enough that you can make a new game with it being as derivative as you want and really, it's still original in the temporal sense.
This is a game where I really want to see the reviews before I'm interested in it. I don't like rhythm games where the gameplay element is more nebulous rather than "play an instrument"
I'm surprised at the marketing campaign for this game - focusing more on things like Daft Punk being in the game than all the music from Jay-Z and Eminem, for example. Not complaining, it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
You buy level packs in the game with in-app purchase, so the first 15 levels you get for free, but if you want more, then you have to pay.
