Steam Online still kinda sucks, it's hit or miss whether someone has a mic (same with PS3 but PS4 fixed that problem). Not saying online is bad, connection is usually better but without communication what's the point? Just hoping Valve mandates a cheapo mic with every steam machine to help increase mic usage on pc.
Someone said they hated Microsoft but loved PC Gaming. Who are you kidding? Without Microsoft and Valve, PC gaming wouldn't be anywhere. Windows + Steam are both equally responsible for PC gaming being as popular as it is.

Kinect doesn't have to be plugged in. I should mention that the Wii U Mandates that you use the Wii U gamepad for system navigation and that means the Camera/mic is mandated to be used (same with 3DS/Vita). I don't understand why after all but the PS4 mandates you have a camera/mic, suddenly the xbox one (which is completely optional whether you plug it in) becomes a spy device? They included it so all developers didn't have an excuse not to use it.
You mean the company that has created the most used operating system is clumsy? Kinect isn't perfect, but honestly the technology isn't the amazing part. The amazing part is the software and how efficient it is.
Dead Rising got some good reviews (about as good as the previous games anyway). I might check out Ryse, I just never have liked any Crytek games. They look pretty but gameplay is always stale. PS4 is a little better I agree, but in 5 years they will both look so old you won't tell the difference. My 2 year old PC is still more powerful than them.
Agreed I don't think the Kinect 2 is like the biggest change ever, but voice controls is a nice little thing when it works correctly (which mine works like 95% of the time). PS4 does have voice commands though, granted having to plug in a mic on your controller is pretty pointless as you would already have your controller for navigation lol.
I wish we could have a compromise and just emulate all Metacrtic 8/10 or higher games. 360 backwards compatibly is pretty good when you consider just how many they have included (most of the good original xbox games). PS1/PS2 and Original Xbox should be easy to emulate. And just emulate the most popular/highest rated 360/PS3 games.

It's cheaper to buy both versions than it is just to buy the Xbox One version. Better than How nintendo does it with their 3DS/Wii U no discount at all.
Well to be fair it was cheaper to buy the Mobile version + X1 version than just the X1 version (which is also dumb). It pretty much is "Cross Buy" as it's cheaper to get it on both than just buying on one.
Hyrule Warriors looks pretty good. Honestly the art style is more interesting than DW.
At least Dynasty Warriors is finished. Call of Duty is released whether it's finished or not. Only Dynasty Warriors I really played is the Gundam one. Gameplay is ok but really don't care about ancient China. Might get the Zelda one if I need something to play, been about 5 years since the Gundam one.
Beyond 2 Souls and Last of Us aren't games. They are interactive Movies.

Destiny, Titanfall, Watch Dogs = Enough Said. Problem is Japanese Studios refuse to try. Capcom same shit. Square Enix (which is getting better with Tomb Raider and Thief reboots but still japanese side is shit). Tecmo same shit. Konami same shit. Bandai Namco same shit. Only 1st Party Japanese studios even bother. I want new Japanese IPs, tired of same old shit.

No games? PS4 has a Halo ripoff and a Mario Ripoff as their only Retail Exclusives right now but Wii U has no games?
Wouldn't it make more sense just not to play games? using a touch screen sucks for most games (RPG it's ok but prefer real buttons).
Third Party games are pointless unless they are exclusive. Nobody is getting Call of Duty or Assassin's Creed on Wii U when you can get it on PC/PS4/X1. Sonic would have done a bit better if they stuck with the Generation formula (I like Lost World but pretty much everyone else I know would have wanted Generations 2 or Colors 2).
From what I understand it's just running some type of lite-linux. Like Ubuntu only designed with steam in mind (auto launches steam etc.). I'm guessing if you know basic linux stuff you could install a torrent client (although not much linux stuff and the stuff there is so cheap might as well just buy it)
