How dumb can you be if you defend the idea of EVERYONE having guns.

Here's something that I found made a lot of sense after the second game was poached from Steam and people got upset because what they were PROMISED was taken away. It's long, but I think it covers everything.

You forget we've had like 5 other launchers for years before Epic came along.

Epic is paying to have the other runners removed from the race.

If you buy everyone else out of the race, it is NOT competition. Steam needs work too. It's turned to shit over the years, but Epic is absolute cancer for gamers. Devs don't even know what's happening, it's all publishers rubbing their hands together over the money.

At the moment, my launchers include Steam, GoG, Origin, Uplay, Blizzard, , Bethesda, and now Epic. I've missed a couple, and it doesnt cover things like NC Soft. Steam has the bulk of my games, but each of the others ...

...I'm not a "square fanboy" as you so eloquently put it, but if you don't want it... don't buy it. Seriously. This is something I don't get these days. We've been asking for this for years and the creators of FF7 wanted to do it properly, and after reading Poly's FF7 dev history write up I can see why they wanted to give it this treatment.
