Played Hard Reset on PC a couple of years ago. Very good game!
Is GTA online worth playing nowadays? I'm seriously asking.
I too loved the original, but sadly the reboot is probably the dullest game I have played in 20 years. The worst open world game of all time. I'm going back to play Lego City Undercover that know what open world should be.
The game was a huge disappointment for me too. It was fun for the first hour, then I realized how repetitive and boring the open world is. Most games I don't finish because I buy too many games and get distracted OR I get frustrated by the difficulty. THIS game was not finished because it was so DULL. This is coming from a big fan of the first Mirror's Edge.
Videogames are the only medium that you might not be able to experience due to the difficulty level. If a movie came out that you would not be able to watch until you passed a 27 point dexterity test, I guarantee you that movie would be a total flop. I buy a lot of games and I respect the Souls series, but after Demon's Souls, I could not handle the difficulty. There were 4 games made after Demon's Souls that I would have bought, but didn't. So ultimately, From Software lost 2...
Overwatch = Overrated - its the same multiplayer game we have been playing since Unreal Tournament. Where is the creativity??? At least Battleborn has a campaign and you aren't getting killed every 30 seconds. Battleborn will last you longer than Overwatch - not to mention that the beta is the same game as a full version. The game industry needs to grow up and stop worshipping Blizzard and companies like them as the messiah. If they release a lazy game, they should be called out for it...
Overwatch should have a horde mode. Getting killed every 15 seconds is not my idea of a good time. I'll stick with Battleborn.
There is a great multiplayer game on PS4 which is just like Overwatch and is FREE - its called Loadout, but it gets no attention because Blizzard is God to game reviewers.
Meant to say you're before you criticize my grammar
And your a bad reviewer wrapped in a failing website!
The fact of the matter is that EVERY game should not only have an easy mode, but you should be able to change the difficulty ANYTIME you want mid-game. No other medium restricts you from experiencing it due to being too difficult. I really wanted to enjoy the Dark Souls series and Bloodboure, but I am not going to repeat the same damn level 20 times to get to the next level. That is not fun, that is frustrating. If you want to prove to yourself that you are the ultimate gamer, then go ahe...
If you like JRPG's, it's a dream system. The legend of heroes and YS series are amazing. We can only imagine what could've been had the system supported more AAA titles. Killzone on Vita was amazing and showed what the system could have done. Sony should drop the price to $99 and drop memory card prices.
To me - playing games is more important, but this is coming from someone who has a backlog of about 300 games. If a game is 8-12 hrs long, I usually beat it. If its a 80-100 RPG or a 40 hr open world game, then I would say my completion percentage is about 25%. It would have to be a really special game like Xenoblade Chronicles X, which I am going on hour 60 currently. What happens is that you are kind of stuck playing that long RPG and if you stop playing it is VERY hard to get back into...
Metal Gear Solid V and Xenoblade Chronicles X are my top 2 games of the year. The scope on both games were completely mind blowing.
Where is the Lost Dimension demo on PSN?
Shame on Avalanche. They have been working in this game for YEARS and yet Mad Max runs better than JC3! There are a lot of fans who must be disappointed by these low framerates. Of course I will buy the game on PS4 because I love JC2, but Avalanche had really let down their fans.
G2A.com also has code for 32.00. They are legitimate as well. i bought quite a few cheap PC games from them a few months back.
I beat the game on 360 since I am not ready to buy an Xbox one yet. The game is very good and I really enjoyed it on 360. There was some slowdown on the last level, but other than that, it ran fine. The graphics were impressive in some spots and merely ok in others. If you only have a 360, its definitely worth picking up.
I believe Just Cause 3 will be my game of the year even though its not out yet. MGSV comes in 2nd place for me. Fallout 4 is garbage - traded it in after 3 days. If I wanted more Fallout 3, I would have bought the expansions for it 7 years ago. Come on Bethesda, you could do better than that.
When will this company learn - nobody cares about these dumb, little fixes. What they should be doing is fixing the god-awful framerate. The game should have never been released in the state it's in and Dambuster Studios should be ashamed with themselves especially after this ridiculous latest patch.
