I believe there is much instore for Sony fans. There are a lot of great games we know of, and I'm sure just as many we do not know of. There are a lot of game studios that have not given us any knowledge on what they are working on. We also have studios like Rockstar who stated they were going to make exclusive game for the PS3. We haven't heard much from Nautghy Dog, or the team behind SOTC and Ico. So all in all I'm thinking Sony will have a good E3.

I will say I think if these are close to accurate these are good numbers. Now most reasonable people would tell you that MGS4 was not going to sell Halo like numbers or even push the amount of consoles it did. It is a wonderful game probably one of the best I ever played but, it definitely appeals to a smaller audience then the mainstream FPS games.

Agreed completely. I've had a Wii for about 4 months, and I rarely play it. After playing thru Mario Kart, Smash Brothers, Mario Galaxy, and Zelda I haven't played it much. Now when family and friends come around we break it out, but when I'm alone I'm usually playing my PS3. I think the Wii is a lot of fun, but in all honesty really loses it's appeal after awhile.
Well if he's right which doesn't happen often. I would have to say MGS4 had a lot to do with this. I believe that PS3 did outsell the 360 by a good bit. MGS4 alone I'm sure pushed 100,000 consoles.

Dude no offense but how can you bash a persons loyalty in a system when your system of choice suffered from the RROD for 2 years. Yes I know they have cleared up a lot of the issues and the new systems are not supposed to have them. But I find it funny how 360 fanboys make fun of people who like the PS3 by calling it garbage and not next gen. I do think this was a good move on Sony's part. Trophies definitely add a lot of replay value. And once more games start supporting these features more and more multiplatform games will sell more evenly across both platforms. But I still think not everyone will jump sides. You have to remember for 2 and a half years there are 360 owners out there that have been building up there gamerscore. Decent list although I would take Mario and Sonic at the olympics and Halo 3 off that list. And add Bioshock, Uncharted, Mass Effect and Resistance up there IMO. I know Bioshock is coming to PS3 but they said all systems so the Wii does count. And I never really got into Halo and Mario and Sonic at the olympics just doesn't sound interesting to me.

I'm sorry but is it just me or do we get more garbage on the Wii and DS then all other systems combined. I mean for every good game that comes out there are at least 20 bad. Not just mediocre but absolutely horrible games. Now I have a Wii and I do like some of the games. But all in all it's just a huge pile of crap when it comes to these 2 systems.

Yes be jealous I am to with the beta testers, but complaining and yelling about a service that Sony is going to offer for free when it is released is just plan childish. Sony could very easily charge us for this. So I'm content on waiting as long as I need to to get this free service.

NOw I'm not sure if you neglected this fact or where just unaware. But chill I am sure we will be able to see it. On a side not is Microsoft having there conference live on xbox live. Well is anybody else surprised there has been no VGchart articles this week. Unless I missed the memo on not being able to post them here anymore, or there not doing and estimates this week. Aren't we usually overflowing with articles by this time every week. I know they can not be trusted, but that never stopped anyone from posting it before.
Sweet I never played the 360 or PC version of this game, so I can't wait to try it out. I must buy for me. Although the only issue is it coming out at the same time as RE2. I may have to push Bioshock back to Christmas. At least there all hitting at the holiday season.
I mean devs I'm sure have to realize that adding trophy support is going to push game sales. All they have to look at is 360 games. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of games that sell just for the simple fact off getting achievements.
Ya I had issues to, but someone helped me. When in the game hit right on the directional pad like you were going to join up with friends or start a challenge, and scroll all the way to the bottom. Its not in the pause menu where you would think it would be.

As I do agree this should have trophies. I wouldn't hold my breath. Even though this is a Sony title this wasn't on there list of games that will have it. But I am hoping that if its not available right away there will be a patch to follow shortly after.
Does anyone know if the Japanese version has them. Then that would be a pretty good indication if were getting them.
Before you get to defensive reread my statement. I wasn't talking about the PS3 outselling the 360. I was talking about Patchers analysis of what the numbers were going to be. April he predicted the PS3 would beat the 360 he was wrong. May he predicted 360 would beat the PS3 and he was wrong. Now don't get me wrong I believe the PS3 definitely beat the 360 last month. Just Patcher isn't the most reliable person when it comes to his predictions.
