This is my most anticipated game for the Vita. And the Vita has a lot of games I'm excited for. =D

1.) What's wrong with including Children? Children are able to pull emotional string better than most characters, the scene at the end of disc 1 of Lost Odyssey is one of my favorite scenes ever in gaming.
2.) What's wrong with over the top?

Yeah let's just have every game tell the story just like the games you mentioned above (all but braid are first person) and offer nothing different, then if something different than what Americans think is the best form of story telling will be critisized into oblivion.
Japan's problems in the western market aren't necessarily their lack of creative abilities/ quality of titles but more the Americans mindset in accepting something different.

Everything about it is jrpg except its being made in California.
And Ni No Kuni is exclusive to the PS3.
Radiant Historia is not an sjrpg
Its a turn based RPG much like FFX with enemies on a 3x3 grid and enemy encounters/ adventuring and puzzles.
It is great though.
I think I may enter the MMO world with this....it looks awesome.
if I market well enough I could sell you a piece of shit (literally), which is what Microsoft does everyday with the 360. It is overpriced for the tech and it feeds off the ignorance of society (a 4gig console? Really? Its insulting that they even offer that AND sell it for $200).
I have an Xbox and enjoy games on it occasionally but I still do not like Microsoft and the BS they try to sell...even if they were good at selling it, they are just lucky Sony seems to have the wor...
The price is excellent...most vita owners love their Vita.
Maybe they should just throw in a 4gig card into every system.
They should make this a PSN title for 59.99 and enable you to play it on either a PS3 or a PSV.
Have you seen video of wii U game play? That's the point, it is what it is.
Why doesn't anyone applaud Nintendo for keeping 25 year old franchises relavent....Call of Duty for example has been out less than 10 years and is already wearing out its welcome with many fans.

I'm happy with my ps3+Vita....but i figure ill ve ready for a new system in November of 2014.
