And it really is pretty fantastic. Very zen. :P
It isn't *exactly* like it was in 1 - but feels tons better than that lame, ping pong ball shooter we got in 2. It feels very much like Gears 1's shottie though - so if 1 was your thing, I reckon you'll LOVE 3.
It's like a return to home; the Beta feels great - has that same intense feeling as Gears 1, just with some of the cool features from2..plus more!
Only and ONLY if they get the online right this time. Friends codes need to die.
Haha! Tit bit...
This is right at the top of my must-have list!
Wow...you've actually made me want to play an FPS.
I think that for an interview, it makes sense. You want to give people who don't follow every bit of gaming news a reference point.
But yeah, I agree that it's odd you don't see hat as much with other devs.
Dammit, I love my 3DS. Now where's the games? Perils of buying systems at launch, I guess.
They did quite well delivering pretty visuals on consoles, though the PC version obviously is superior - provided you have the requisite hardware, of course.
Again?
Is this sort of thing necessary? shouldn't people just focus on making good games?
I enjoyed DA2, but the perpetually recycled environments and simplified combat mechanics dulled what would otherwise be a shining RPG.
Aren't all tennis games just pong with a fresh coat of paint? :P
Totally agree on Super Mario Bros 3. That game is one of the best games of all time. OF ALL TIME!
I do enjoy arcade racers more than the simulator sort - but apart from the destruction in the landscape, this game hasn't really wowed me.
Interesting point brought up about the Motorstorm target renders before the ps3's release.
Much like the Killzone 2 target renders, nothing this generation even looks remotely close to them.
the movie is awesome, but i have pretty much zero interest in licenced titles. Been burned way too many times. I own Iorn man 2, for god's sake! :P
Awesome controller. The 360 controller is now my favourite, just ahead of the Dreamcast's.
The d-pad on the original was absolutely terrible, and I'm glad its been fixed.
Seems fun, but still not convinced. Maybe if it was 2D... ;)
Want.Want.Want.Want.Want.Want. Want.
Sorry I couldn't elucidate my desire for this game eloquently enough; I'm just that damned excited.
