Mortal Kombat X is likely going to take gore up to the next level.
Reviews will always garner haters – if not only thanks to the Internet's collective dislike of almost everything. Review scores aren't doing a disservice so much as the inconsistency of the industry's rating system. A 5/10 is completely average for movies but only a 7/10 is considered okay for games.
Scores aren't bad as much as no one knows what they mean anymore. I'm fine with the people who inevitably choose to just glance at a score and buy a game on ...
Man, it sure does. Why I'm avoiding this game until a serious price-drop.
Those are some awesome games right there. Too many to count really.
Portal 2, Arkham City, God of War 2, Xenoblade Chronicles, Twilight Princess, Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Shadow of the Colossus, GTA V, Assassin's Creed 2, Infamous, and Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time are all up there for me.
No Bayonetta 2? A shame indeed.
As realistic as the game can be, it's still a video game at the end of the day. You respawn, you reload, you start over. Real cops don't get that privilege, frankly.
This game has it all – great platforming, a killer look, and now great voice actors too. Awesome choices.
I recall Joystiq did the same thing before they went under. I'm not opposed to review scores as long as they're backed up by the claims of the review. Plenty of people like them, plenty don't, but they don't discount the breadth of a good review.
None of these are surprising. Arkham Knight and Halo 5 are at the top of my personal list this year.
VR just keeps getting better and better.
Eh, looks okay, but I'm interested in a whole lot more than a few indie games.
Looks great, should be even better to play with the Dualshock 4.
Evolve's probably going to be the online multiplayer game of the year if nothing else.
Cool for her.
Plays and looks just fine on Xbox One when I played the beta.
It's no rumor that Fallout 4's the holy grail of any E3 since Fallout: New Vegas came out five years ago. There's a good chance it could happen this E3 given the fact that Bethesda's making such a big fuss about their show this year and it still feels too soon for another Elder Scrolls when they're still advertising ES: Online for current-gen consoles. Could be Dishonored 2, but Fallout 4 would own E3.
I like Twilight Princess the best. It had the best world, the best sidekick, and a twist-ending that made me cry.
I'm liking the looks of Revelations 2 so far. Looks great.
Those are too cool for words.
But what is this game even about?
