Terraria is for gamers, Minecraft is for socializing and the arts lol.

Meh. Cash grab is a cash grab, Sony and ND knew this and milked it hard, including the DLC and the lock out of players who didn't own it.
Just because Sony or the messiah ND does it doesn't make it right. Lets face it, 1 year after the initial release and they width held DLC just for it. That's not cool in my books.

Every game made by King i.e. Candy Krush, Papa Pear etc. all have this system, it's just hearts not tanks of fuel. Adventure Time Card Wars does it.

30 FPS is never smooth, they just over use motion blur to cover it up.
Drive club is the Sony fanboys shield of honour right now, they will dump it as their call to greatness as soon as Uncharted drops again (even though UC are bargain bin games lol).
Drive club gets so boring so fast it's not funny. 30 FPS isn't good enough and the blur is way over done to compensate this. Weather doesn't move right at speeds. Water doesn't move right at speeds and isn't dynamic on other objects. The "racing" is very basic, acceler...
God damn it I hate MS for this BS. There is no other reason not to implement DX12 on Win 7 and 8 other than the dirty money.

This one doesn't make a lot of sense. I have watched a ton of lets plays and asked the opinions of Steam friends that have purchased it. I don't think it looks worth any money and none of my friends seems to like it. The pay to win air drops ruin it IMO and no matter what people say about how you "might" loose it, no one ever seems to, it practically drops on your head.

I am still waiting to see if any form of DayZ ever can run on the PS4, I won't believe it until BI shows it running legit on a PS4. till then (5 years + if ever) H1Z1 is going to be about as good as it gets for this sort of game.
But I don't think the bug fest that is DayZ standalone will ever be finished and shining on PC let alone make its way to consoles. I think BI is just trolling everyone with the whole thing.
I love it for the fact that none of my friends bought one and that even the most hardcore Halo fans among them has swore of buying one, I'm very proud of them. I only really know one person with one and that's why I love Xbox one, because I don't have to see the thing very much if at all.

And ARMA 3 Epoch and Breaking Point leave them all for dead. By the time any of them launch the ARMA 3 mod scene will be so mature that the above titles will contain everything that DayZ/H1Z1 has to offer plus all the cool stuff like base building and traders, heaps of guns and vehicles, crafting and detailed wound systems, class and ranking etc.
Watched the full 40 minutes and it seems even more basic than the vanilla DayZ mod.
Disappointed.

No mate, this is all PC all on it's own, PS4 is still playing catch up. PC gaming doesn't need numbers from consoles to break world records.
Most of those are multi-plats and the exclusives are pretty meh worthy.
No better time to invest in the kick ass gaming PC if you ask me.

-Walking against invisible walls.
-Dumb/blind AI with unlimited ammo guns that you can't use.
-Weak shooting and or stealth mechanics.
-Single player has limited replay value.
-Multiplayer will be used up in about 20-30 hours.
-Aaaaannnnd it will be in the bargain bin at EB and GAME in under 3 months.

I guess when all you have to choose from is a few over hyped titles and multi-plat shooters, being happy with what you have got is a good thing.

When dad got me a Sega Master System for Xmas when i was 4 (alex the kid and chopperlift where so hard), then I became a true gamer when I got my first job at 16 and built my own gaming PC. Made all my mates so jealous back then, it was so kick ass at the time, had the Godzilla 3.06ghz Pentium 4 HT edition and a full gig of RAM when nothing had even 256mb yet.
Now smart phones are 8 times as powerful as that system lol.
