MS makes so much money they don’t have to worry about first day sales like other companies .. that’s one thing ppl are missing , they have the money to offset first day sales but long term engagement will make them boat loads
@Kyro it’s not the answer but they aren’t stupid either .. they support mods heavily and know modders will make extensive mods , so why not just give them a canvas to flex their creativity? I agree on companies shouldn’t release incomplete games and wait on mods to fix it. It’s a different story when they give modders a platform to work ..

@Eonjay I would still recommend it for children .. I would never spend $499 on a console for a child , even $399 is kinda a lot .. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to my friend’s though
I love Hogwarts Legacy and I’m not even a Harry Potter fan , this is the first Harry Potter themed game I bought .. I haven't finished it yet tho
@Rawfodog I’m going to assume ppl don’t know what the term operate independently means. Do yourself a favor and google it , I never said they can do what ever they want or even alluded to that .. MS doesn’t directly manage any studios under Zenimax and the same will be true with Activision Blizzard , they operate as a separate business ..

@Vegeance difference between the two is MS still allows you to purchase majority of 360 games on the current store .. whilst PS had a very select few and closing down that store your losing way more because there’s no way to access that same content on the newer consoles ..

The Xbox app you have to have a Xbox to use any functionality .. when I stream through the Xbox app it uses My Xbox , I cannot stream anything if my Xbox isn’t connected to the internet. I’m guessing ppl never heard of OPTIONS before SMFH .. Just because someone gives you more options to get into the ecosystem doesn’t mean they will drop their dedicated gaming machine. You think MS will take the same route Stadia did ?? Only fools on N4G believe that .. ...
@amunra weak CPU ?? The Series S CPU is near identical to the Series X and better than the PS5 .. the problem isn’t the CPU it’s the low memory on top of being split , there’s no parity but you have to release a game on both machines. The Series S wasn’t made to have parity with Series X , it was made to be a low spec machine ..

@Crows that is the case , Zenimax is operating independently of MS and have full creative freedom to do what they want. Zenimax games aren’t being published under XGS ,
