Thats always the downfall of new technology, everybody is sceptical and yet curious. But still observe at first then later take a whack at it. Lets first get use to the idea of intel before judging it. And just for curiosity's sake just how strong is this chip suspose to be (compared to the Cell chip)

who cares about the "traditional weapons" R2 has, every FPS game i ever played was the same thing... over and over again. We X360 owners will know we have them all. When i saw Resistance back in 2006 i knew it was a GeOW knock off for the PS3 . Never heard anybody ever recominding it to a friend or hear them speaking about it.

I dont think comparing these two games are fair actualy. a FPS shooter with a 3rd person RPG seems a bit far fetched. why not compare R2 with like bioshock when or something like that. But still cant believe majority choose R2 thats amazing!

I dont denie that M$ is becoming desperate but, price drops are always attractive to people, it means that they sold enough consoles to still make a profit and might be wise to sell it cheaper.
Remember alot of people already own X360 consoles now its to convince the people to buy the console that had mixed feelings in the past.

i purchased this game on Saturday and was a bit let down by the concept of the game its like renderd final fantasy 8. The creatures are horrible and the dialogue a bit annoying at times, dont get me wrong its not a bad game at all its just so..... Left out, whats the use of next gen consoles if you stick to old methods with tweaked out graphics.

@21 it just goes to show exclusives can bury you alive when it flops . They said 2008 is going to be a great year for gamming but just left alot of people dissapointed of the hype they created.
Maybe PS3 and X360 will boost us with better titles they led on in the beginning of the year. I think its time to sit and see what they did wrong with the hand full of highly anticipated games that went straight to the crapper.

When i go to gaming stores and look at the Ps3 games and X360 games i see no diffrence in games ALL OF THEM ARE MULTI PLATFORM. The 360 is far from its graphic capacity, looks like every PS3 owner forgot that all they're games are ported from the 360 and with only 4 exclusives give or take to complete numberous times.
