"At a roundtable this morning, Sony's game studios chief, Shuhei Yoshida, told reporters that any requirement for users to register a game online in order to play it would be left to game publishers. Sony won't require that." (Emphasis added.)"

What is an advantage of having content locked to your profile? (Which BTW, that's DRM) XD
DRM with advantages. LooooooooooL
This is getting more and more ridiculous by the moment.
the problem is not used games but Gamestop itself because their entire business revolves around selling used games. Used games weren't an issue before because we didn't have companies like Gamestop pushing used games sales so much that it opaques the sales of the new ones. This happens because they make more money off a used game than a new one.
Gamestop probably buy new games for like $50 to only make $10 of profit compared to buying a $20 used game from a customer a...
what you say makes no sense. You can't reboot FF franchise because each game is completely different from one another. Different everything.
Then we have the fact that COD sells 20+ every year and Halo never fails to sell at least 10 millions with each iteration. GeoW always sell over 5 millions and FFXIII is well over 5 millions too.
Dude, lay off the drugs.
maybe because they can't? Because what fans want are more good games from them but it seems they can't make them anymore.
they gave a 10 to Bayonetta and that game's not even that good compared to God of War, Ninja Gaiden or DMC.
I hope this is for real. ;)
I'm a casual drinker and people say I'm a puss because I get drunk easily. ;)
can you imagine if the PS4 really were a $350 machine? lol
I don't want to be touched by a filthy casual gamers either. ;)
they removed FFvs to put a new FF game. ;___;
IGN is popular because they cater to the mainstream and because they are deep in cahoots with game publishers which are the ones that cover their expenses through advertisements. But to me this game always looked bad though, only the graphics looked good....
if 5.9/10 it's mediocre then what's a 4/10? Ultra mediocre x2?
worst game I played this generation.
bi-winning!
cus she's hawt.
if you have internet then you already have a paid email anyway.
at least with gamers I think so.
because it's Square's fault. Their latest business trend is to make more social games. Google it.
