PS4 and Xbox1 are basically the same, both have lots of Ram, bluray and share the same architecture. I don't think there will ever be issues with multiplats again. No issues related to performance or games having to be cut-down because they don't fit in a couple of DVD9 compared to a dual-layer bluray disc and stuff.
If the game was still on PS3 and announced as a multiplat then I'd be pissed.
okay, now this is cool. I was against the PS+ fee for multiplayer but when reading the explanation about why they need to charge and the stuff you can still get without having to pay the fee then I can't argue against it. In fact, everything sounds amazing!

as long as there are side-quests, a bit of exploration and a nice story then everything will be fine. Gameplay looks very flashy, so many new people will jump in the bandwagon anyway regardless of the purists.
I really don't care how Square make FF games as long as they don't make another turd like FF13 and to avoid that they should fire Toriyama already! I don't want that man as a director of another FF game ever again, just look at the 4 turds he has created: FF...
that game is pure strategy though. I like strategy but I think it would be too boring for today's gamers so normal turn-based ATB has the right balance of strategy and being a lot quicker.

I don't care about those hundreds of dollars, I just want to be able to play online MP for free the few times I do want to play online. Because I don't play online that often nor care about digital releases I'm forced to shell out the money for something I'l hardly ever use. But if I don't pay then I will not be able to play online when there are games that interest me to play with friends.
even if the quality is compromised nobody outside of the dev team will ever know. =/
FF13 sucked, who is to blame? We still don't know but I blame the Xbox's DVD9.
multiplats don't push the platforms, multiplat Devs only care about making all versions be the same and not the best.
I don't care about what I get for my money because I don't want it! I just play a couple of fighting games online and I don't want to be forced to pay just to play some sporadic matches a week!
Maybe for people that will be playing and downloading games all the time it's fine and what they'll get for the money it's even better but for me is just a waste of money.

if the game were only 1 year away they would announce a date but they didn't. On top of it the trailer looked really weird, the disparity in the quality from one scene to the other was very visible. There was CGI from the old PS3 trailers from years ago and then other CGI that was obviously of higher quality. They didn't even show a single gameplay scene, it was all set pieces and CGI. I believe they started this game from scratch, so 2015 at the earliest... If we are lucky. =/

you still need XBL on Xbox to play online so the difference is still $100 not $50. And at the end of the day the PS4 is more powerful and it doesn't block used games....
