40, 60GB SSD are cheap and they would speed-up games like crazy, it would be like playing games from a cartridge. You can put an SSD on the PS3 but the system does't make use of all its capacity/features so it ends up being just as fast as a 5000RPM HDD. But the X720 will have newer motherboards with higher speed bus and connectivity and it will be able to take full advantage of it.
PC does 1080p and it actually runs the game at 60 frames unlike the Xbox at 50 and the PS3 at 40-45.
why they don't use MLAA which uses minimal resources on the PS3? In fact, I prefer to have jaggies over this blurry mess!
these are the same guys that created power-ups like mushrooms that makes you big and leaves that makes you fly... So I wouldn't try to make sense out of anything they do or say.
Emulation is the only way. Just look at Suikoden 2. You either pay $500 for it or you play it on an emulator because there is no other way... The game's missing some trademark signs and just because of that Konami doesn't want to put it on PSN.
as a director Scott Derrickson is pretty good. He made The Day the Earth Stood Still and The Exorcism of Emily Rose which were pretty good films.
The movie has potential.
I like FF8 because of its style, music, the world in itself is pretty cool and nostalgic. I like overpowering my characters with the broken battle system and not to mention the awesome card game but the truth is that the story was its weakest point and not to mention the shallow characters with no personality or background stories like FF6's.

at 30 frames and with the lower res of the Vita (500p?) I think they could have just ported the game better than creating this 1 hour game. To make things worse they are selling it at $50!

for 5 months they did a pretty good job then! Maybe Nihilistic are actually a good developer after all if given a decent budget and more time.
Most bad reviews for this game were due to the lack of content alone.

Xbox and PS3 owners will be paying $60 for the entire trilogy while Wii U gamers will be paying $60 for just 1 game.

FF6 has the best cast indeed. Anybody could have been the main hero there but I still prefer FF7 anyway.
I installed Windows 8 on a crappy netbook with only 1GB of Ram and an Atom and now the thing runs like if it had a core i3 with 3GB of Ram! I can even use Visual Studio 2012 on it and it runs it smooth like if it were nothing. The same with HD movies.
But I did tweaked it like crazy. I even disabled the M$ store and all of its really crappy APPs. I'm never gonna use any of that garbage anyway. XD
