Building a computer is pretty satisfying indeed! I built my first one back in high school too, but that was over 10 years ago! lol
I had a GeForce FX5200. And SW:Knight of the Old Republic and Battlefield 2 made it so worth it!
I don't think Pacther's sells estimates will pan out.
Wow, didn't realize there were so many people on N4G. This site has grown a lot.
The article doesn't even mention the recent price drop to $249. Honestly, the big thing for me is the awesome library of exclusives.
@NukaCola
It's ok. Even Nathan Drake is afraid of clowns. :)
haha...just pre-ordered from Amazon today. Can't wait to play!
I can't believe the big day is so close. I haven't been waiting with this much anticipation since my PS2 days.
This isn't a racing game, it is a real driving simulator :P
No but seriously, I can't wait, it is going to be awesome!
I think maybe Kinect may more suitable for his playing style. lol
Well, no, but it would be nice if they took the game and specially took advantage of the PS3 hardware as an exclusive. DW6 still had a lot of slowdown when there were many enemies on screen. But, that is more than I expect from Koei Tecmo...
Koei Tecmo also announced that the game will feature stereoscopic 3D. I doubt the 360 version has that...
Me too. I'm looking forward to this as well.
Ok, I think you are missing the point.
The PSPGo was Sony's first attempt at making a portable game console that was purely digital. iPhone and iTouch are already are successful without a physical media. It is only logical that in an effort to cut production cost and size (because we don't need a bulky PSP) they would offer this device.
Guess what, I have a phone too. And I have a PSP. I carry my phone everywhere with me. My PSP sits in a drawer ...
I'd rather have this that what you describe as a "PSP2" I don't need to have a bigger HD screen, that's what PS3 is for, PSP is for portability. I don't need a giant screen I can't fit in my pocket. And I don't want to carry all my games around neither, so UMD (which is a failing media anyway) is not necessary for me. So this phone looks pretty good to me...
As much as Sony tries to deny it, the truth is out there. I don't know if this is what the PSP2 was suppose to be or if it is something totally different, but the device looks legit. I like it, I hope to find out more info soon.
We also have to keep in mind that this is only a prototype. We really don't know yet haw it will be released and marketed. But I would really like to see a PSP2-power hardware work as a phone and have the same shape and size as a phone. Is that too much to ask for?
Actually, a device like this is what I have been waiting for. I hardly touch my psp anymore but I carry my phone everywhere. This is perfect.
I actually do wish Sony brings cross game chat to the PS3 soon. I am just tired of people complaining about how they want it but don't have it. It doesn't really bother me.
Uncharted 2 is an excellent game, amazing production value, that really displays the incredible talent behind Naughty Dog. However, MGS4 has a depth to it, both in the story and gameplay, that reveals the Genius that is Hideo Kojima. My vote is for MGS4.
So many new games these days require part of the game to be installed on the hard drive. And almost all games come with updates. It wouldn't work well in this gen, even if all you play are disk-based games.
