I want games like this on PS4 and the next Xbox. Games like this will get me back in MP gaming on consoles.
Put this in your address bar http://assassinscreed.us.ub... then add a v after the #
Cheeeeeesy, but cool lol.
Yea, a site that has the writing skills of this -
UPDATE: some people is confused about the GPU, here you have more info about it: http://www.vgleaks.com/worl...
Is not a site that I'm going to believe under any circumstance. VGLeaks posts some real leaks once in a while, but the rest of it is just fake shit.
Actually they did show gameplay at E3 panels, but the recordings of it were mostly off screen. Look it up on Youtube.
It could just be labeled a fan sight which they usually don't take down.
It's like super blurred out and the NYC studio is confirmed to be working on next-gen AAA open world games. I doubt it's a current gen title, but that's just me.
I think I'm most excited for Tomb Raider the most. Never played any of the games of the series, but this one just is begging me to play it.
You could say the same thing about movies. $30 bucks for an 1 1/2 movie that was a complete waste of your time.
"A company has successfully convinced millions that it's ok to pay to access half their game they paid full price for. " - You don't have a source for where that's true so can't say much about it.
In a business standpoint, if someone's buying it and they're making money off of it, then why wouldn't they expand ...
They did take that money for their next-gen engines though? You can't know what's going on behind the scenes at EA. Until they show off their next set of games, we won't know how many new engines have been made, or what development things have been done. Ubisoft and their "Disrupt" engine is the first next-gen engine I've heard of, and look at everything it does. I'm sure EA has some tricks up their sleeve.
Greedy they may be, but imo their game...
DcBronco, I'm honestly not too worried about the price point being set at $70 for the start of the next-gen. I mean, I kind of expected it. With new hardware comes expensive start up point. Computer tech sees it, new generation of iPod and iPads and so on. We'll just have to wait and see what happens when prices are finally posted for pre-ordering purposes.
Kinda have to realize the only reason the concept is expanding though, is because people are buying the microtransactions. We can voice our opinions to any game company about providing them, but as we all know, money speaks louder than words.
Dunno why microtransactions bother so many people. No one's forcing you to buy them. Basically for the people who are really into their games and care about all the extras. Microtransaction have never impeded my gaming, and unless ads start popping up during the middle of my games on consoles, they won't bother me.
No, he was speaking about the upcoming generation. He first talked about how development costs have risen about 5-10% and to compensate that cost at the beginning of the generation, we may see game prices in the $69.99 range, but drop back down once things settle.
Edit: Ha just too many people speaking on Gaf at the same time with different takes on the story. I was taking notes all through out the conference, and it surprised me when I heard it as well.
a_bro, sadly N4G isn't the majority of gamers out there and with all the hype surrounding the PS4, and with it releasing during the Holiday season, people will probably be willing to spend $70 on games.
Can't really speak for the consumers who don't follow game news as closely as the people lurking the internet everyday.
I don't mind franchises being milked as long as they're of good quality. Assassin's Creed is one of my favorites, so I'm fine with one game per year. Waiting a whole year for a new game in the series is long enough for me.
I'm awaiting the disagrees, just throwing my 2 cents out there.
There was no rumor of the game taking place in China or Japan. A fan made art of the concept, nothing more.
It's N4G not sure what else to expect unless you point our your being sarcastic with the /s . Comments like that are quite frequent here so can't really blame me for reading it that way. Sad that's what I've come to expect from a lot of users here ;/
@FriedGoat, wow, you have no idea what an NDA is apparently. You should probably look it up before you make yourself look even sillier.
@Kratos
You call 94-91 a decline? Wow. That's like, about as steady of a percentile rating I've seen for a trilogy.
