Think it depends on what cards and what games.
I have a 680gtx in one pc. and a ati 6870 in another. Both with a 2500k processor @ 4.5ghz.
In BF3 with most maxed at 1080p, the 6870 is either just under 60fps or on the smaller maps easily over it.
I also ran CRYSIS3 just under maxed on the 6870 as well and it did a great job.
There are some settings at max where you see 2% visual gain but it takes like 10-20fps,lol. Alot of th...

You cannot run GDDR5 on a pc motherboard, because there isn't one.
Pc's generally use DDR3, But the GPU must have GDDR5. Needed for bandwidth and speed.

I think wii u is a nice system, slightly more powerful then PS3/360.
But graphically it cannot compete with PS4, then xboxone.

But Mario kart looks excellent and so does ryse.
I have a decent phone that can play the latest games.
I recently bought my son a VITA/3DS.
I've played them as well, and there are alot of good games for it.
But i still don't think they compare to Home consoles. But i suppose if your on the move all the time that's all you would care about.
Also how relevant are Arcades anymore, In the uk not so much, Not sure about Japan.

Lighting is nice, shadows better, i like the new physics engine. Feels very good.

Most of those consoles were purchased by the parents so the whole family could use it.
I know a few families that did this.
Wii U does not have the same appeal, and Parents don't care about graphics.
