Looks really nice, but would prefer normal controls like waverace etc.
Pc's can always be upgraded, but you still need development in other area's in PC, Namely dx etc.
Alot of pc games also rely on older engines because of older gpu's etc. Brute force is where PC gpu's are at.
Gpucompute wise, PS4 is faster then a GTX680. Because amd are faster in this area even with a 7870 etc.
Shader wise, texture wise. Will be close.
Only area i can see PC looking better is REZ,AA.

Still think they should either remove the dead bodies or do something with the movement after death, they are moving to easily. Maybe it's because of tight spaces.
That's the thing, GTA5 just does not interest me, But to be honest neither have any GTA game. Just not my thing. But neither was la noire or saints row.
But i really enjoy Infamous.
That will be my open world game.
Problem is, nobody wants that type of UI. It's horrible on windows 8, it's horrible on windows phones.
Nokia made a big mistake going that route.

PS4/XBOXONE are custom parts.
As for the PS4 having a low end processor, that's bull.
It does more flops then an I5 2500K processor, and that processor is decent enough for gaming, i know i have one.lol.
The GPU inside the PS4 is custom built, it's not a plain 7870.
PS4 does faster GPU compute then a 680GTX.

I've played the PC version as well. Looks ok. Did not blow me away. But early days. No difference other then players atm.
Only way to tell PC/PS4 will be side to side under a magnifying glass.
