That if they weren't aiming for exactly the same framerate that PS4 could do double or close to what XB1 does.
If XB1 is doing 1080p@30-45fps.

The 360 is not as powerful as the PS3.
The only edge it had was a lower cost of ram OS, and easier to code for.
The other side was, it's graphic's etc had to be done on GPU, Cell's spu's enabled graphics and culling to be done on cpu.
As for PS4 VS XB1.

What happened was they brought out the Wii u, which hasn't got the gimmick controls that mums,dads,children enjoy. Casual gaming.
The casual console can happen again, just needs to be more powerful then PS4, and have tons of 3rd and 1st party.
It's a very old game, i still have the original disc for pc.

The PS3,360 are 4.4gigapixels, but the wii u has more ram then them.
But Nintendo consoles are designed for the colourful worlds, not hyper graphics.

As for War, Never been in one. But i have spoke to many who have and from the sounds of it, BF games are close with arma etc.
KWS you do know that anyone with a low quality pc will run that pretty easily.
On my rig is run BF4 @ 60fps 1080p and it destroys this graphically by a 100miles.
Source engine is ok, but this graphically looks no better then HL2.

Both XB1/PS4 IS 1080p - 30fps.
PS4 has twice the POWER of XB1 and could do 60fps no problem. It's either to keep parity or Ms has thrown a few quid their way.

As good as some games look, look at bit closer, textures are so so.
Knacks not perfect. But it's fun.
I've played the PC version and it's a nice looker, but Tressfx is what kills the framerate.
Not quite sure how much they have added, as lara looks different from both pc/360/ps3.

As for alot of PC GAMERS. You'll never be happy with PS4/XB1 games. You'll always find a problem. One texture is wrong, it's ONLY 1080p.
