I most likely say decent because i've seen the Cryengine so many times on PC with stunning foliage, heck even farcry looked amazing back in the day.
There are area's that do look stunning, I actually wasn't trying to knock the graphics, Just saying XB1 is struggling to keep up.

It's PS3/360 vs PC.
PC is higher rez looks sharper. Game looks smooth on all.
TBH although there is an increase in texture quality. It doesn't happen everywhere and tbh alot of the textures don't look great anyway. Floor textures are poor.

As for RYSE, It hovers from 30 down to 17fps on xb1 and looks decent on an engine that's seen many upgrades. Things won't get much better for xb1, just alittle.

All I've seen of this game is mainly the same game-play segment.
Visuals don't make a good game, but visuals can hurt a game as well.
Gears was decent, but Uncharted was much better imo.
The only shame regarding this game is no MP.
Could have been some epic battles with the weapons etc.

PC - 1080P MAXED Looks awesome @ 60+ wjatever your rig can handle.
PS4 1080p Maxed Looks awesome @50-60fps.
XB1 - I hear 720p. Probably 45-60fps.
I actually enjoyed the beta.
The maps need to be bigger imo. But cops and robbers interests me.
Graphics looked good, different vehicle physics.

Considering tons of PC gamers monitors were.
1680x1050 for along time and the games still looked stunning.
If you have a 1080p monitor or tv, and most do now.
Then yes 1080p should be standard.

Crysis,2,3, Ryse All look good. But Cryengine won't improve much until much bigger updates.
Because 3d mark is the measure of games.
Seriously the newest 3dmark does not look as good as many games already out.
