XB1 60fps, lower rez, dynamic rez, adaptive v-sync, so when it gets busy. v-synch is switched off to maintain 60fps with tearing.
PS4 50-60fps 1080p, full sync. No tearing. Couple of dips here and there.
PS4 wins this one.

There is a huge increase in graphics compared to Blackflag.
Lighting quality alone destroys it, the amount of npc's is crazy. Looks like a vibrant world.
As for the man's pictures. Regardless of direct grabs as he says. I don't trust him. I'll wait to see the full game.

That is either PC on extremely low settings, or some fked up stuff. No way would textures be that bad. lol.

The difference is Massive.
Go into a shop where 4k's are running with 4k content.
The image looks amazing, has that feeling your there. The pixel detail is crazy.
I still have an I5, anything else is overkill tbh, even now. Once you reach GPU'S overall throughput. You become limited anyway.
As for PS3, Was never touted that way. Blu-ray was @ 1080p. Most games were 720p.
People tend to forget, PS3 was pushing graphics that were newer then the console could handle at times.
Limiting factor with these consoles is CPU. But Sony has an ace up their sleeve. They have much more Compute power then people ...
You won't see massive differences on 900p vs 1080p on a screenshot.
But if you play the game on a 1080p tv, you will. I can tell straight off if a game isn't hd.
As for PC, I have one and play many games on it.
But many games that consoles get do not come to PC.
My PC/PS4 combo works for me.
Yeah I prefer the higher fov.
I still enjoy the game. But yeah I would prefer the u.i to be more like BF.
Looks decent, Characters are nothing special like GTA games, but maybe that's because there are many of them in those games.
