Loved the demo, completely. Good atmosphere, sometimes really impressive visuals, replayablity fun.
The only thing are animation transitions when you control a character.
It's quite easy to get used to the controls in 5 minutes. The problem comes from the too violent direction change in the animation. Could have been smoother.

Can't wait for the final game. One of these games you wanna play calm in the evening like a good TV series, before going to bed.

Sorry I do, and I even lived there for a while. You're gonna say "then shut up and buy the bloody Jap version", and I'll tell you that unfortunately, my Japanese level still isn't that good to enjoy the game written in Japanese...and also I'm French. Why should I accept an English song also? well, to tell you the truth, it's still miles better than having one of our artists song in FFXIII... haha

I made a youtube research on Leona Lewis. She indeed is very talented. It would have been better if she sang the original Japanese song instead of picking one of her tracks in her album.
If this is probably a good marketing move to attract new gamers from TV shows audience, and be in every news reports in mainstream medias to sell more FFXIII, it is absolutely stupid for all real gamers and FF lovers (that might have stopped playing FF since X anyway).

I totally agree with the fact that Japanese version should have included the English texts AT LEAST, to give everybody the opportunity to play with Japanese voices, that SO MUCH matches this kind of game.

At least give the Japanese game a Patch when every version's out in every country. Then Everybody's happy, and, more games sold!

I have the latest Sony walkman from Japan with Oled screen. At first I found it nice, but when I took my Iphone and other lcd devices and played them next to the OLED walkman, it was pretty shocking! blacks stay totally black, as if the walkman was turned off! even in a dark room. And colors... incredible.
So, it's just impossible to think that a PSP2 couldn't have an OLED screen. Zune HD has one, so, every future devices like PSP2 or Iphone must take that path. As of SONY, I think tha...

This is the first time a third party game looks pixel to pixel exactly the same. That's wonderful! Bravo Capcom. If there's microscopic differences, that's just' stupid to even talk about it.

The game isn't a technical prowess either, but Capcom focused on the artistic side this time. So that's great.

About the PS3 version selling more (at least as far as I could see at my French retailer, one copy sold on ps3 every minute!!) I think it' all about the controller. PS...

It's one of the prettiest and pleasant experience I had for a long time. The game is technically outstanding, plays like a charm! As somebody said earlier, this game is elegant. Like Sony's image to me.
The best thing at Sony CE, is that they dare putting different and elegant, conceptual, original and artsy experiences on the market, these kind of games you won't find anywhere else, and most of gamers don't care about.

The game looks so much alike on both versions that you shouldn't even think of buying it based on a technical side!! It's one of the rare games being almost pixel to pixel equal on both machines (thanx to PS3 main programing machine). So it's a question of: are you a XBOX achievments or PS3 Trophies freak? do you have more online friends on XBOX or PS3? do you feel better with Xbox controller or DS3? based on the demos for those who have both systems (I do!) it really is an easy pick!
