Impressive what the PS4 pro/one x generation have been able manage with this game. Obviously the PC looks better but there’s nothing wrong with the look on the console versions. Just hope they run stable.

This has been largely universal for most games. Prime example of one company knowing how to utilize the hardware and another just talking about teraflops.

That’s a really insightful response. Apologies if my opinion on the product offended you. Unfortunately, there are others like me who are feeling the same way after this gameplay footage.
First of all, it’s a remake not a remaster. There’s a massive difference and you know that. Secondly it’s the best launch game bar none and something everyone should at least try if they own or plan to buy a PS5.
And yes, slashing at something numerous times can be fun(mostly for the boss fights in this game I might add). Especially when it incorporates blocking, parrying & dodging. It’s not a mindless button mash like most games today.
The more I see of this game the less excited I am about it. City looks beautiful but empty. Driving looks floaty. The shooting and gun play looks flat and as painful as it is to say, boring. I still think first person perspective doesn’t help this games cause. Maybe I’m just burnt out over the ridiculously dragged out development cycle?
