reminds me of AOL in the early 90s. You didn't get the internet, you got their version of the internet. Most people eventually saw it for what it was, but there are always those that live in blissful ignorance.
only reason for a third party exclusive now is because some games which work on one console may not be do-able on anther console. For example wii games (at least till move) or games like uncharted which while they could port it to xbox, there would be a noticeable change in graphics which i believe MS wouldnt go for. Cant be having one console outshine another on a multiplat, that would be wrong...

dont forget to add that they held off releasing the PS3 version so that they could finish the xbox version and release both at the same time.
same reason TV's with built in digital tuners never took off. All you had to do was insert the card, but the cable companies never provided the cards.
And if you could get a card your were sure to be missing some choice channels...

Yeah, no device has ever been successful without physical medium. oh, except for that little iphone thing. but it never really took off.
I agreed up until the point where he said that ps3 couldn't match xbox because of facebook and twitter and last fm. all of which ps3 had from launch on the internet browser.
*actually not sure about last FM i use Pandora instead. same diff.
and he conveniently forgets to mention the fact that we have no hands on any of this future tech. but like someone else said, xbox had to win this "future" round so that he would have a reason for the next ...
the original Gran Turismo 1 demo. I remember renting it from blockbusters. payed full price to rent just like a game, so worth it.

I wish they would have done what you are saying. however it seems the traditional JRPG crowd gets nothing from FF. VS is going to be more Kingdom Hearts style battle system, though not bad, is not what i would consider to be traditional JRPG. Still waiting for Square Enix to deliver a traditional JRPG in the style of SquareSoft. *sigh* good old days.

Show me a source where DICE says anything about MW2. they said "competition" only the fans are making this a BFBC2 vs MW2. Turn 10 called out GT5 multiple times by name IIRC.
and wii fit still gets sold out everywhere in the city. Wii console itself is hard to find as well.
how about just adding a analog stick to the main controller and not having a secondary controller. you would have two move controllers with an analog stick each.
