If a game feels too long to me then I don't enjoy the game, which has nothing to do with the actual length of the game.

Not really. There's just more people that want to be wizards and knights or modern day gangsters than cowboys. I love the game, but not every one is going to be into the wild west thing.
Skyrim shouldn't be anywhere close to this list. The game is shallow. Morrowind was awesome, but that doesn't mean Skyrim is awesome too, it's a lazier version.
If you're looking for a table-top experience akin to D&D, then Divinity: Original Sin 2 is the best.
