Crash Bash was my Mario Party since I didn't have a Nintendo console at the time. I loved that game. My favorite had to be the polar bear mini games.
I'd love to see another great Crash game, this time on PS4. I believe that Sony could get a great dev team to create an awesome Crash Bandicoot title. That said, Activision still holds the rights to the character, so I'm hoping Sony is working on a deal to buy them.
You forgot to add a Resistance roster character in PS All-Stars. The game had background characters, levels, character icons, and more from the series but not a single playable character from it. If they made Radec work, I don't see how a Resistance character couldn't.
It's called love.
Funny how this statue is part of the PS All-Stars line and this costume never made it into the game.
"So here I am
growing older all the time
looking older all the time
feeling younger in my mind"
I'm going to miss the devs behind one of my favorite childhood titles. Sigh...
This game has changed a good amount from how it originally started. I remember watching Youtubers like GassyMexican playing this way back. The updated visuals should take the game a step further.
I'd be down with a Skull Kid addition.
Damn, this game sounds deep. I want to play it now!!!
"A guilty feeling overtakes as the credits roll and we think of all the ways we could have done things better, and we want to play again."
Not going to spoil To The Moon, but I felt the same way with that game, knowing I couldn't change the ending, but still ended up playing it again to find out more of what I missed on my first playthrough. Back onto Always Sometimes Monsters though, I have a strange feeling that I'll feel depressed afterwards...bring it on...
Good to see a dev team that's not afraid to stick to an idea for a game. If I'm ever given the option to customize my character, I always make him as close to me as possible. I try to immerse myself in the game as much as I can, and this game looks like it will give me that same opportunity.
"there's something almost painful about forcing yourself to see scenarios from as many different perspectives as possible."
I'm thinking the development process was similar to Heavy Rain when it comes to creating different outcomes and perspectives due to your choices. This has definitely caught my interest.
Narrative driven games like this are awesome. The first game that came to mind when I watched the trailer was To The Moon. Damn do I want that games prequel to come out already.
Only in New Zealand...damn. :/
Outworld.
A rogue-like game (when it comes to procedurally-generated rooms) with mayhem driven cats. I'm down. Also, I didn't even think about catnip being in this game. That's hilarious!
The Souls series is something that comes to mind when it comes to developers catering to different audiences. In Demon's Souls most armor sets were for male characters, and male NPC's had more content throughout the game. But, with Dark Souls 1 and 2 it seems that From Software took a step back to see who their audience consisted of. Not only were most armor sets unisex, but both male and female NPC's were given deep back-stories.
On that note, the devs for Catlat...
My fingers are crossed for a playable Himalayan Cat like the one that I own.
I've been wanting this game since people started uploading their runs on YouTube months ago. It looks ridiculous and the game seems to have a lot of potential.
That's my favorite map from the game because of how chaotic it was lol.
