Agreed. I was BEYOND ready to move onto the next generation when the PS4 finally came out.
Maybe it's just me but I never found the framerate to be all that bad anyway other than the cutscenes.
@magicite
Yes this really looks bulky doesn't it?

See I actually believe the opposite. I believe Sony will really show off 3rd party partnerships this E3. It wouldn't surprise me to see them open the show with something like Call of Duty or Star Wars Battlefront. I also think we'll see Metal Gear Solid 5 and Assassins Creed at Sony's conference.
Huh????
I realize everyone is anxious to play this. However how does Sony NOT launch this in October at the height of the Halloween season? I have never understood this with games (or movies) of this genre. You'd think people would be more apt to play games like this during that time of year.
Yes, Summons75 they absolutely SHOULD! Don't present your game as one thing and then put it out as something else. That is a bait and switch tactic and that is supposed to be an illegal practice.
Besides, is it really THAT unreasonable to ask developers to put "trailer does not represent final product?" I mean are we reaching for the stars here with that request?
God, you X1 gamers and your DX12 infatuation. When are you just going to admit that MS gimped the performance of the X1 in order to accommodate a stupid camera that nobody wanted? All the software updates in the world aren't going to change the hardware inside. It's already been stated over and over by several experts that the gains on X1 with DX12 will be very minimal. There ARE no software solutions to hardware problems!
I'm so tired of hearing about DX12. I wish it would just be made available already so everyone would shut up about it.
All developers need to do is either...
A.) Properly communicate with gamers that the footage they are showing is a vertical slice of a target render and may not be an accurate reflection of the final product.
or...
B.) Don't show off their game until it's far enough along enough in development to give gamers a fair and accurate glimpse into what the final product will actually look like.
Otherwise I feel that develop...
PlayStation HAD a pretty darn good kart game last generation in Mod Nation Racers! I played the hell out of that game online and I really enjoyed racing on the created tracks that the community built! I'd give anything for Sony to release a follow up to that game on PS4.
Come on guys! It's one thing to acknowledge that the Wii-U has some great games, which I did. But how can anyone who is truly objective NOT admit that the hardware design of the Wii-U is terrible? It is grossly underpowered compared to the PS4 and X1.
I have no shits to give.
Wow. I'm not denying that the Wii-U has some amazing games, but god what an absolute SHIT console Nintendo designed!
The X1 doesn't cost 1000's more than the PS4 either.
"which may come out this year btw."
Uh, please explain how you came to THAT conclusion.
@bleedsoe9mm
While we don't know exactly what the "window" of exclusivity is, I'd say the safe bet is somewhere between 6 months to a year. While it's a bummer that PS4 owners will have to wait, there will be PLENTY to play until then and I'm fine on waiting as I'm sure the PS4 version will be the best/most optimized.
"Tombraider has only been announced for xbox platforms so until it is announced/released on other platforms it remains an exclusive (timed or not)"
LOL If you really believe that Tomb Raider won't come to PS4 eventually then I have bridge to sell you.
That's really all I care about. Well that and bigger on screen text!
@crimson
Uncharted 4's delay had nothing to do with the re mastered collection. It was delayed because it wasn't going to be ready, simple as that.
