The whisper campaign against Crackdown 3 is REAL... CD:3 in it's entirety is a truly GREAT GAME, multiplayer included (no exceptions needed) but for whatever reasons (I know I have my own suspicions) the gaming "press," more like media PR wings and propaganda machines, have decided to blackball (pun intended) or troll this game.

...and most of it's not true even the destruction. No is it to the level of the original demo? No. Is it citywide, (multiplayer) accurate physics and cloud driven? YES.

With the comments made in this thread there is no way these are true fans of the original Crackdown. The majority of people in this thread are just a bunch of Sony fans continuing their campaign to at this point, not only to destroy Crackdown 3 as a game, now they're trying to destroy the franchise itself with the suggestion that the franchise should just be dumped whole cloth.

Yeah, Livingthedream I hear you. Your first post was marked as "inappropriate" probably because you mention HH gamer, that's kind of a sensitive topic around here, that and mentioning any of N4G's past indiscretions.
I'm not even sure if I should be talking about it, I had an high-ranked account deleted (years ago) for literally no reason by a mod and when I complained about it they deleted the new account I made to issue the complaint.
I have played this game since release, and it's great, on an Xbox One X, 4K with HDR and the gtx are great as well, in the daytime HDR makes your agent and environment detail and it's lighting extremely detailed in how it enhances the look of the in-game character model and overall game world.
And HDR at night in CD3 is amazing, neon lighting on everything really makes the light and dark areas "pop" like never before seen, it also adds new depth to the env...
You can obfuscate and gas light all you want but it was true about Halo 5 and what they did to that game's campaign reviews and it's true regarding Crackdown 3 as well.
Don't try to use that "race card" s*** on me it was others in this world that made the concept of race an issue when that actually doesn't exist in the first place btw, being that we're all a part of the human race, just butthurt because we're this world's first people....
Crackdown 3's campaign is amazing, the multiplayer is great f*** these trolls and so-called journalist.
I have played a good ways through the campaign, at this point about 60% through and I can see why that skinny ass, scrawny, turkey neck, b**** ass Ryan McCaffrey of IGN ragged on the game and alot of these other insecure pale faced " journalists ".
The game has always been headlined by a black figure (the main default character) this lates...
One of the most recent reviews to come out that's actually fair to what CRACKDOWN 3 is but with that said review scores aren't everything and at times they can be highly political like the comments in these threads.

Hahaha "deal with it" like the Xbox exec. dude right? The game is actually really good but you do have to give it more than 10 minutes or even one evening.
The multiplayer that is, the single player is great like always.
Yeah I've been playing it since launch, I'm really passionate about this game.
It's great but the campaign is what you make of it. If you're methodical and take out all of the bosses supporting elements piece-by-piece it could take you twice as long but if you speed run through leveling up your character and rush through the bosses it'll probably take about eight.
But then you still have to get to a maxed out character and play in lege...
