There aren't 2 games on PS4 worth pre-ordering let alone 12.
Why I can't speak for every Gamestop, I know the one in my city does give you at least 2 weeks to pickup your preorder when it is a disc base game. However, when it comesto a actual console i don't know, but don't see why it would be any different.
