Vgchartz is a very unreliable site, They probably updated there numbers after they saw Microsoft release their numbers. They more then likely did so to try and make them selves look more dependable, but that's not going to happen.
And sony fan boys were saying the PS4 is destroying the Xbox one in sells. The fact that Microsoft managed to do this in only 13 countries with all the bad press, and $500 price tag is simply impressive plain and simple.
