Most likely what happened in Duke Nukem: Forever, where they changed the armor enough to use it without permission.
Not like in Fable 2, where you could get the Spartan armor, energy sword, and assault rifle for your hero. Lionshead studios was able to use the likeliness of of each due to both being Microsoft studios owned, and having an agreement.
Then you have D.O.A.4 which is owned by another company altogether (Team Ninja). They were able to use the exact...
Go to bungie.net they have all the info on how to sign up for the beta. If you don't already have a code, you will receive one closer to launch from some retailers. Check what the retailers say.
Must be a slow news day over there.
It adds more area to explore and mine.
Looks like no one got it.
For those who don't know, P4rgaming is a satire site.
“We bought Double Helix, hired Kim Swift and Clint Hocking so we’re pretty much on track to becoming the next Nintendo,” continued Frazzini, “My idea is that we get them to work together to make a game that is like Killer Instinct combined with Portal and Splinter Cell. People tell me those are good games so combining them will clearly make a better one. Just from the sound of it, I am picturing it to be a multimillion...
Nope. I just preordered it at Gamestop. I had to put $533,000 down on it. The clerk was really happy to see me

Okay, that was pretty good.
I read the original source in their links.

This has been proven to be fake.
Edit: And by proven I mean assumed, and by fake I mean unlikely. I missread another article here.
Bungie was given full independence in 2010. MS does not own any part of Bungie now.
