Yes I understand people have the choice and always had it.. Nowadays choice is clear. My point has been that WHEN MICROSOFT WAS LEGALLY PROSECUTED (at that time), people didn't have much of a choice when buying a computer..

Well the thing is most of them didn't choose Microsoft windows, they were using it because practically every computer came with it and all of MICROSOFT applications giving NO chance to other companies applications and programs.. Only the ones that made a deal with Microsoft..

The game is far from what you say it is.. Graphics look amazing, the water looks even more amazing ( and a whole lot of fuk*ng water we're talking about here, a whole ocean and it still looks beauti...

Those videos (don't miss video #5) show that all those screens can and probably are GAMEPLAY
and if they're not, the gameplay on some of those videos look even more impressive than the screens..

some of them are old, but damn this screens reminded me why i'm so exited about this game..

The game looks great. Like some people said earlier is a free roaming game with a LOT of content and hugh environments and it STILL looks good.. far better visuals than san andreas..
It looks fresh, it seems the story's a bit deep and graphics have improved even if some people think it doesn't look that good.

Well I imagine that you have tried almost everything to expand the image.. I'm going to try and help you anyway.
Have you tried game options to see if you can change image settings etc.?? Have you tried the tv zoom (if you have that option) and
see how it looks?
just trying to help, because I know how frustrating those black bars can be... I used to hate them on movies, but on games must be REALLY annoying..

The game looks very good. I like the combat mechanics and the little cut scenes when he's killing the raptors..
Don't know if it will be worth the $60. I see it maybe as a rental or a download if the PS3 firmware gets hacked ;)
