Well movies are meant to be watched, so I understand it being much more serious.
Video games are meant to be played so watching them isn't really doing much to hurt sales.
Definitely a good price for the specs and what it offers.
Not to mention that the launch line-up is looking great.
Just search for developer interviews on youtube and you'll see the amount of bullsh|t that came out of those guys before releasing Gears 2.
Specially the multiplayer (considering how broken it was) which was praised as the most polished and most impressive multiplayer yet.

How are you supporting them when they get no profit from used game sales at all??
I understand that gaming is almost a luxury today, but if you can get money for used games, maybe you can wait a bit more and get enough for a new game at launch or when it hits discount.
There is always a way and if you really can't then just rent or look for a cheaper hobby.
Sony/devs must try to get profit from used game sales... This isn't the first time Sony does this and they have said before that they support this practice.
Do some extra work, get a part-time job or something and get the game new or just rent.
1.02 was supposed to fix the reboot issue, but it didn't entirely.
Hope 1.03 does.
UC3 beta looks quite better... The lighting is so much improved and the AA tech they are using sure works great.
Animations are a lot better now too.
The difference is not that big in terms of image quality, but the beta has definitely raised the bar higher.
I have no doubt in my mind that the single player will make our minds blow yet again.
