Looking forward to playing this game, the only thing i noticed was their mouth didnt fit the audio when they were speaking but that might just be the video.
The facial expressions look amazing, not OTT and expressing 20 different emotions every 5 seconds like some games with "bobbing eye brows" when speaking lol
No, apple were including their entire Macbook line, iPod line and iPhone line in their "Portable sales"
The only thing ok is the price, and i like the "pay as you go" 3G, nice touch.
I think the next version of the iPad will be a MASSIVE improvement and give us all what we actually want, so im waiting on that...
Its a big Ipod Touch - since the iphone can actually do things the pad cant (E.g Camera, make calls etc).
I would buy this if it had a front facing cam built in for video calls, Flash for Web Browser, Multi-tasking for background apps etc and more ports for SD cards and maybe USB port.
It really does nothing more than what an Ipod Touch can do, with a bigger screen and some new apps (Calander? - not worth hundreds of $ for the upgrade!)

it may be a resource hog like they are saying, but they should give that choice to the consumer and if they wish to use flash but have lower battery life.
i'm sure most people would turn flash on anyway.
Cant hurt to include it and have it as an option to turn on in the settings menu!
I really think that they are keeping flash off their mobile platforms because they would see many people using games etc for free on websites rather than using their App store.
You Tube does use flash in their interface, the "proper" site anyway.
The iphone site for You Tube is awfull when searching for videos, not being able to sort videos out into date etc = fail.

is it just my comp or do other people get really bad FPS for this game?
I have an ok spec comp (2.7ghz Quad Core, Geforce 9800GT, 4gb RAM), but the only way to play this game smoothly is to turn the graphics down, to which the game looks like a ps1 game lol.
Anyone else have any FPS stuttering? I really want to play this game lol

lol guessing you havent seen Deep Space 9 ? Some of the best space-battle effects for a tv show ever, even by todays standards!!
Plus Voyager had some amazing effects (although a little less epic than DS9 lol).

Going to see it at an IMAX, the way it was meant to be seem :D, alot of people down on Titanic (his last film) but i thought i was really great, never mind T2 and Aliens aswell lol, dont think he can actually make an awful movie.
Hmm, I think Sony may be keeping their options open and will prob see how Natal goes down, or whether people prefer to be holding a controller.
To me, just waving my arms and legs around in a "normal" game like uncharted would get old fast and feel like there's no skill involved, it's basically prob going to be like playing automated games lol.

Anyway, i was hoping for custom Avatars and Cross-game Chat.
I think they are hard at work for the in-game chat, not so much on Avatars since they were meant to come with last FW and its been ages so far, we have the same OOLLLDDD Avatars.
This is just for PURE ATTENTION, they know the press will get onto this etc and it will probably give the game loads of publicity.
Just really no need for it being in the game..

I mean they said they would support that game alot more than they did the first and so far its been supported less. They have patched it once, where are the extra maps etc that are really needed in the co-op?!

I think MS are really trying to do well and "put the effort in" lol.
But they sort of seem like they have no direction and it looks like they are just rushing things and trying to catch-up/patch-up.
When compared to Apple, who seem alot more focussed on their own products than everyone elses and, well more organised haha.
No Way, MW2 does not have even CLOSE the detail on the main characters U2 does, never mind the huge amazing landscapes etc.
Theres just no way, the only good effect cod has is smoke haha, which when compared to todays games for example (like Killzone 2) now looks cheap and unreal.
Still, that doesnt mean that MW2 will be a bad game, i used to think it was just COD4.5 but now really do believe its worth the purchase. Ill be buying anyway.

I think they are totally right, 60FPS is great and makes a game silky smooth, but it is NEVER recognised in reviews, only how high-res the textures are etc only seems to matter, they seem to miss the low framerates (except ofcourse, if the game is PS3 exclusive..)
I think 30FPS is more than enough, if locked at that, and the graphics improvements outweigh the gain from 60-30, now if we were talking 20 FPS lol, then thats a different story.
lol, i cringe at that, too cheesey, but still cant wait for the game.
