Well sorry to say my friend we are living in a dying age for true appreciation for gaming. Where it consists of articles of companies one upping the other or its about the sales.
I wonder if these guys are going to include the sales from the digital downloads of FF 7?
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King I saw commercials for that game and FF 12 nearly every day when they were released. Who could also forget the Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker commercial?

Since I've actually played both the N64 versions of Castlevania hell my brothers friend even left his Castlevania 64 cartridge over at my house he called it the best game ever made. I said "Nooo, that belongs to Symphony of the Night now if its a good 3D Castlevania game your looking for try Curse of Darkness." I personally believe that game is very overlooked.
I would give Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles a try it has a remake of
Castlevania Rondo of Blood

I actually just bought a copy of Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen; Case, Instruction Manual, Cover Art, and of course CD all for $25 instead of just downloading it off the PSN for $6

They are more of actions, you still move on your own with I think R2 as like a throttle and analog stick to steer your character

Hmm I wonder what these guys are?
Is this banning only for Software mods or Hardware mods to try to make the system more reliable; personally me modding is whatever you want to do to your console hardware wise and homebrew software wise to get a better experience out of your electronic device. They should be able to just detect if a certain person is playing a pirated game and banned them instead of just getting rid of the whole 360 modding community. I can see however that would take a lot of work to do.
