I bought a x1 on launch but I've been contemplating returning it since the new year. I made a few comments about how I feel if Microsoft can't get DRM on their console they will just put it on all their games. I've check and in the uk I can receive £300 cash so I think ive Made my mind up. I can't support there business practice. I'm happier with the ps4
Its worst in planes. Jesus I feel like my character is having some sort of fit when I try flying anything lol. The rubber banding comes and goes for me but theirs not a game I don't think I've played with the 4 square error pop up at some point. Really EA when will you learn? Why give dragon age and bioware the time they need but not dice?
Hopefully with dice not making the next bf it will give them 2 plus years to make the next one right

Me too, but I suppose with them going for as much realism as they could its hard to use 3rd person. I try and think of half life and I was so immersed in that and it never one took the control away from you in fp. I know their different games but that's how I think about it
I suppose that's why all the publishers declined. But you've got to think they already broke a million with backers and have 1.5 million from an investor, which means none of that has to go to a publisher so they don't have to make as much to break even. I still believe it will be a large success though. At the end of the day all they wanted was to be able to make the game of their dreams, now they can, I'd say that's a success.
I think its only old news for people who backed them mainly. And I wouldn't worry about the time. Dan has always said its coming out in 2015 so I think they have been counting since the starter of 2014. It should be out winter 2015.

@heavy let's just hope they can keep it at 1080 with out compromising too much. Fingers crossed.
I still would of been fine with 900 at 60fps but 1080 at 30 for a game like witcher should be really good

I think the bottom line is (disregarding all the cod clone stuff) if you enjoyed or still enjoy cod you will most probably enjoy titan fall.
If you were someone (like me) who recognised what was happening with cod after modern warfare and stopped playing them. You probably will find this a tired old concept of gameplay.

My view from the beta on console is similar to yours it is fun, I've seen a big drop in frames in the beta too. but for a console gamer with the price of games nowadays its just not enough to justify the full price. I feel like its if halo took away the single player and master chief and just brought its mp for full price. I don't think people would be happy. I just don't see anything that I can say yes you can definitely see this couldn't of been achieved with the team workin...
Yeah conquest cab be hit and miss still. Everything else is pretty sharp now.
I've played every bf except the future ones so this should be fun :-) I thought they did a good job with the Vietnam dlc and the 1943 stuff. I just wish they wouldn't hold maps back that are already compete before the game releases!

Yes the life time of the console for the FIRST game, nobody is arguing that EA confirmed it. They also confirmed that only the first game has that deal. So its basically where will they make the most money next, multlatform? Or MS paycheck? Its just numbers for EA nothing more.

I agree I don't understand the logic of labeling your team as online only when you've never made a game like that before. I loved the original I know times have changed, I just don't like the direction change is moving in Microsoft.

Good post! Personally mass effect is my favourite series of games by far. I truley think making it so personal to each individual is what makes it so special. I was one of those die hard petitioners for the ending to be changed. And once it was I was fairly pleased with it. Plus my Shep woke up at the end so it offers hope.

I think that's his point. You came from a non tactical run and gun and now love battlefield. But you didn't before? I think a lot of people feel bf is been diluted to compete with cod and draw more people to the game. Its still a fairly good game but their next version will tell all. If its becoming annual and not much change then I think sadly they will loose the audience they first created it for. Replaced with angry children running and gunning for the best k/d ratio

This is literally my first thought as the game was announced, its very likely it will come to xbox one but its purely marketing reasons they haven't mentioned that until now, they want as many people as possible to buy the game (best outcome for them is if you bought it twice for both systems) so of course they won't say its coming to next gen until they have the people who couldn't wait purchasing it.

I would have preferred a Japanese setting as I'm sure many would. I'm just a bit hard pressed to imagine how this setting would work, with firearms been so important I can't help feel it would feel more like splinter cell or watch dogs minus the gadgets. I think your idea fox sounds good :-)
