agreed but you have to remember, this is nintendo, they love to use old (good) games and re-release them. I would really hope for a new smash bros, but I would honestly take the old one as well, better than nothing.
I never understood why Nintendo didn't release games like Ocarina of time, Super Smash Bros. and Donkey Kong 64 on the Nintendo DS. The DS could do 64 graphics, so I dont really see a problem....hopefully the other two games I mentioned (since ocarina is obviously confirmed) will arrive on 3DS one day.
