You should thank Sony cause they sold and even advertised that the PS3 could run other OS. When they removed this feature alot of people got pissed and now we see the consequences of the people who got pissed at Sony cause they removed this feature.
It would be like you bought a Mercedes and Mercedes removed the gas pedal. I`m pretty sure you would be pissed at Mercedes then.
No its not good for us because we gett less when we trade in games with an online pass than we would have with a game that would not have but then again would you pay the same amout of cash for a game with online pass up against one who does not have it. I know for one thing i would not do that.
The bottom line is if you buy the games used the company that publishes the game dont get a cent cause every cent goes to the person or business you buy it from.
When you buy a new game some of that profits goes to the publishers and the only reason why this online passes have emerged in the first place is because the publishers also would like some profits of your purchase even when its a second hand deal.
A game that run on 60 fps compared to one who runs on 30 fps it pretty obvious than a game that run one smaller amount of fps can have a bit better graphic.
I wonder how the hell they could make games that lasted longer in the early days of the dvd, aka the ps2 era.

Very few games lives up to its hype its just that some titles falls alot harder than others do but very few lives up to its hype.
Started of with a Atari 2600 then i got a c64 then later the Amiga500 before NES later SNES before moving on to the pc and did not jump back until PS2,Dreamcast and the Gamecube. Moved on to the origianl xbox and bought 360 on launch waited abit for awhile to get the PS3 and Wii but now i have all 3 consoles this gen and a top notch PC.
If the rest of the hardware in the PS3 was as superior as the BR and the processor we would not need theese mandatory install or hidden install that where used in some other games but its a small prize to pay to have a superior system.
If this had been on 360 i am sure it would have sold 5 million within the month cause thats what brainless fps does on the 360. They sell well, so perhaps GG should port the franchise to the 360 to earn even more bucks.
Alan Wake was a good game, MGS is a good game but as a blindfolded fanboy you also need to make sacrifises.
Funny how the Sony camp claims that it would have done alot better if it was indeed on the PS3 and they claim that the only games that sells well on the 360 is fps. Perhaps they should take a good look on what is the best selling game on their plattform.

Honestly i miss what the Playstation brand is known for and i really hate the way it have turned. Nowadays they make alot of brainless fps and last generation i really liked the brand cause it had plenty of RPG but this time around they hardly have anything that is worth playing.
The PC version would most likely kick the console versions in their nuts
The only reason to have the Ps3 is that it have BR and you can watch BR movies with it because both system have a good comunity, both have a great line up of varied exclusive, both have failrates hardware wise and both sucks up alot of your spare time.

Its true that the ps3 is much harder to work with than its counterpart but with that said we all know the result is alot better on the ps3 than its counterpart when the game developers dont have to make sacrifises.
Depends of preferences and its not wrong even though others have other preference than you have and besides Uncharted series is perhaps one of the finest that have come out this generation.
It is not easy to be a fanboy of the ps3 or 360 since the Wii have so brutally killed of both of the other 2 system. Proves that the hunt for graphics is NOT the most important thing but gameplay in the game is and the salescharts all proves that so i guess i will take the blue eyes
Sony can thank Microsoft if they actually do catch it up when it comes to sales. The 360 had a really good start not only cause it came out first but also in the early days of it it actually had alot of good exclusives nowadays it seems like MS is purely focused on Kinnect, Halo, Gears and Forza and have forgooten about sequels for some of their other exclusives.
I have not turned on the 360 since november so i do hope it works when i turn it on in the autum when forza 4 com...
