Neo aka PS4.5 is going to be about 4TF. If launch this year it means they get a 1 year head start compare to scorpio.

A Neo would not be for 4k gaming. It will be for better frame rates and such but not 4k gaming. 4k gaming would be very expensive let alone not much content for it and many people still have not upgraded to 4k tv.
