lol! Funny that. It is true though. Didn't like it but it was a great game so I overlooked it. Bioware have always had a liberal slant to their games but I overlooked them because they are just really good devs. I was not surprised at all they were cozy with MS. MS despite their business the people working there are quite liberal with Bill being one. Perhaps its the water they drink up in redmond.

FFS. It is closing to the end of the gen. Most core gamers have already upgraded. Mostly only the mass and casuals have not upgraded or bought a console yet. Do you honestly think that the mass casual gamers that have waited 4 plus years for price to drop and games collection at cheap that will upgrade now with a 500 plus console like at the start of the gen?. I think many people don't know that SM are technically the best team Sony has. They make PS console do things people think its impossible. They are the devs that help other Sony devs. So no surprise that they are phenomenal.

There are 3 things here
1. Price. Are people going to care enough to shell out 500 out of the gate for that difference?. Is the difference big enough to warrant the price basically.
2. 4k. Following from 1. Will there be enough people with 4k TV to care about 4k gaming right now?.
3. Will mass consumers left that have not bought a console yet care about the difference between checkerboard and native 4k even if they go 4k?.
It is funny because its like picking the best MGS game for me when it comes to picking the best Uncharted.

The blame is squarely on EA for pulling most of the original team to work on Anthem half way through Andromeda. Andromeda I heard became a mess after that. EA wanted a Destiny clone.
Difference is Sony hardly or never touted the pro. MS has been singing high praise of the X1X since 15 months ago.
