I do believe when the PS5 rolls out in around 2020 the PS4 will be second only to the PS2. I am almost certain its going to beat the PS1.

Yep but we already know that Sony dominates there except for Japan. Overall though it is Sony but yes it would be interesting to find out actual numbers and see how much they are actually dominating worldwide.
The current backlash was building for some time. EA however overstepped and went just a bit too far for many gamers. It does not help that Battlefront is a big game on top of being a start wars games coming out near the release of the next Star Wars.

True, for me though what was pretty impressive is that they managed to turn things around with the Switch which is a high concept that was not done before and it paid off. Then there is Zelda and Mario this year.

As much as I am a PS fan Nintendo will always hold a special place in gaming for me.
