Sony is investing more into the Playstation division, WWS, and PSN, not less. They are not getting lazy. This was made clear in their recent FY report. The 1st party support is already strong with more games on the way.
The Playstation division is in a net profit and posting quarterly profits, and Sony is forecasting an operating profit next FY. Stop spreading FUD about Sony's finances.

The PS4 version of Witcher 3 runs at 1080p. Stop lying about sub-1080p, that is what the Xbox version runs at.

You're wrongly calling out hypocrisy that doesn't exist. The distinction is Forza 5 was proven downgraded after launch with obvious footage, while Uncharted and Witcher 3 haven't even launched yet, and it's not reasonable to claim downgrades based on only pre-release footage.
People constantly claiming The Order: 1886 was downgraded based on pre-released footage were all Wrong and silenced after the game actually launched.
Killzone 2 was an in-engine CG trailer, like most E3 game reveals. The final game looked very similar. It's not the same thing as the Witcher 3.
