Well theyve played the game, so unless they are flat out lying, we'll see damage models in GT5P. Why would they make up such a thing if they weren't sure of it? ... I hope it's true, or else all credability is lost with them. Can't see why they would make up such a thing if it wasn't true. THat's outrageous.
PSUs preview said there would in fact be damage models in prologue.
Funny thing is, Play magazine Sweden rated it 7 or 8, can't actually remember, more than that they didn't like it that much.

To be honest, gamespot is more in line with what's appropriate if they don't rate all the games they play 9+. above 9 is craaazy high and should almost be impossible to get.
I don't know gamespots reviews and what scores they give, but they might think 8.5 is as good as PSU think 9.5 is. It's not that much about the score really, but that's all that gets attention, sadly.
Yeah, It should definitely be the PS3-software that causes this, and not R&C FTOD.

But if they do use old technology and structures that is very common in the industry, wherein will the interesting bits about THAT specific console lie? Should all consoles be the same and not have any differences? I don't think so. Consoles need to be good at different things. The hardware market needs new technology to advance.
